How well do you really know your skin and the k-beauty world from 1 to 10?
If your answer is less than 7, there is still a lot to learn!

We start immediately together from the basics:

1. TYPE OF SKIN

DRY SKIN ☀️
Dehydrated, fragile and thin, it presents itself to the eye with a dull complexion while to the touch it is rough and tense. The main causes can be given by external factors, by the advancement of age or even by a diet poor in liquids.

NORMAL SKIN
Healthy, relaxed and radiant, it is a well-balanced skin, neither too dry nor too fat. Many people think they have it, but in reality it is very rare.

AGING SKIN ?
Devoid of tonicity and characterized by the presence of wrinkles and lines of expression, whose appearance is physiological but can also be accelerated by excessive sun exposure without the use of a photo-protector adequate.

OILY SKIN ?
Oily, shiny and oily to the touch, often characterized by the presence of imperfections and dilated pores. The main cause is excessive sebum production.
N.B. Fat skins must also be kept hydrated.

DULL SKIN ?
Grey and opaque colour, with an irregular texture. The causes are linked to dehydration, pollution and aging.

2. CHOOSING THE RIGHT PRODUCTS

Once you have identified your skin type it is essential to learn how to choose the right products to take care of it at its best!

3. THE STEPS OF SKINCARE
Identified the type of skin and including what are the ingredients to look for in the products that will compose your new skincare routine, it is good to also learn the order of application of the same! The k-beauty routine includes 10 steps:

  1. OILY DETERGENT
  2. FOAMY DETERGENT
  3. EXFOLIATING AND/OR SCRUBBING
  4. TONIC
  5. ESSENCE
  6. SERUM
  7. FACE MASK
  8. EYE CREAM OR PATCH
  9. FACE CREAM
  10. SPF

? If these steps are too many and you are looking for something simpler and more practical, without sacrificing the relaxation of a beautiful fabric mask, you can easily reduce this long list to 4 steps:

  • CLEANSING: every day, morning and evening, with the product you like best and suits your skin type;
  • LOCALIZED TREATMENT: means the use of a specific action product that can be applied only on a part of the face, such as patches for the eye or nose mask; or all over the face as the black mask to purifying action or bubble mask to oxygenating action. Treatment is recommended at least 2 times a week;
  • HYDRATION: with creams or masks with high moisturizing charge;
  • SPF: that is sunscreen, recommended the 50, even when there is bad weather!
